President Obama has been President now for seven months. He has made many historic decisions. From all of his decisions and policy making, one should be able to know whether or not to trust him with their health care.

CBO: Health care reform to increase federal cost

ObamaCare

Maybe he forgot!
Maybe he forgot!

Do We Need Another Historic Decision

Example: President Obama's orders on interrogations and CIA. An Historic Decision.

Obama says the Stimulus Bill is working:

When the $787 billion stimulus package was passed in mid-February, Obama’s White House said we need it to keep unemployment from rising above 8%. Now just a few months later, unemployment is 9.5% in June.

Unemployment topped 10 percent in 16 states last month. The rate in Michigan surpassed 15 percent . . . .

President Obama has committed to making his administration the most open and transparent in history, and WhiteHouse.gov will play a major role in delivering on that promise.
Another fulfilled promise? Maybe they just forgot.

1. Allow five days of public comment before signing bills

To reduce bills rushed through Congress and to the president before the public has the opportunity to review them, Obama "will not sign any non-emergency bill without giving the American public an opportunity to review and comment on the White House website for five days."

2. Tougher rules against revolving door for lobbyists and former officials

"No political appointees in an Obama-Biden administration will be permitted to work on regulations or contracts directly and substantially related to their prior employer for two years. And no political appointee will be able to lobby the executive branch after leaving government service during the remainder of the administration."

3. Negotiate health care reform in public sessions televised on C-SPAN

To achieve health care reform, "I'm going to have all the negotiations around a big table. We'll have doctors and nurses and hospital administrators. Insurance companies, drug companies -- they'll get a seat at the table, they just won't be able to buy every chair. But what we will do is, we'll have the negotiations televised on C-SPAN, so that people can see who is making arguments on behalf of their constituents, and who are making arguments on behalf of the drug companies or the insurance companies. And so, that approach, I think is what is going to allow people to stay involved in this process."

The Congressional Budget Office (CBO), dropped a bombshell on Obamacare. ObamaCare will cost $1TRILLION, still leaves 30 million uninsured. CBO chief tells Congress ObamaCare will “significantly expand” federal spending. . . .

Obama looked Americans straight in the eye during his New Hampshire town hall meeting and declared that he has never favored a single-payer health insurance plan. Yet, there is a video of Obama stating, unequivocally, that he does favor a single-payer health insurance plan. That video can be found on the Internet at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fpAyan1fXCE .

Just as deceptive was Obama’s declaration that Senator Johnny Isakson of Georgia was the author of the “end-of-life” language, but Isakson later publicly stated that he had nothing to do with the Democrat-devised legislation.

Democrats expressed no outrage over Lenohardt's favorable comparison of Obama to Hitler. Yet, Democrats reflexively use Hitler references to denigrate average Americans who oppose Obama's government-run health care scheme.

The reason Americans do not what ObamaCare are clearly explained in a video by the Cato Institute on the Internet at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z-1ZfFBMf8s .

If everyone in America can have health care like the House and the Senate, then I am all for it. However, if it is not possible, then whatever their vision is for the American people is, they should adopt it first. They should lead by example.
